If you are having any problems accessing your diary, please contact us via the "help" link in the top right corner. No diaries are missing/deleted and we are working through these help requests as fast as we can to get everyone back in.

Please be aware that due to the heavy spam filters used by Comcast and Yahoo, often they both block Open Diary emails. As such this means we cannot guarantee that you will receive password retrieval emails or even helpdesk replies and we would recommend using other email addresses with Open Diary if possible.
